The hotel’s location, facing west, all but guarantees stunning wedding photography in its luxuriant gardens with views over the Bay of Paphos. An experienced weddings coordinator will help to choose the right venue for the occasion, whether it is beneath giant rubber trees facing the sea or in the picturesque precincts of our Greek chapel, as well as to organise the catering, whether yours is a small luncheon party or a formal dinner for 100.
It was originally among the Greeks that an epithalamion, a song in praise of the bride and the groom, was sung by a chorus of boys and girls by the door of the nuptial chamber. The Romans inherited this custom. Their bridal hymn was sung at the close of the wedding ceremony, after all the guests had gone home. Poets, from Sappho and Anacreon to Spenser and Donne, celebrated these ancient ways the world over.

The Azia Chapel
The Azia Chapel, located in our serene gardens surrounded by lawns is a perfect place or your ceremony or blessing. The chapel is fully air-conditioned.
Maximum capacity: 18 people.
The Chapel Gardens
If your party has more than 18 people, the wedding blessing can be held in the Chapel Gardens surrounded by palm trees and geraniums. Gazebos with beautifully dressed chairs on either side of the aisle and an altar on top is a wonderful setting for your outdoor wedding. Drinks can be served in the garden following the ceremony.

Tree Deck
The Tree Deck is a stunning space, set in a romantic area overlooking the sea under the dense shade of the trees and sea breeze. A beautiful set-up with white dressed chairs offers a unique wedding ceremony venue.

The Plateau
The Sea Plateau with undisturbed views of the beautiful Mediterranean sea for an absolutely magical wedding. A romantic set-up with white dressed chairs offers an amazing and unique wedding venue.

Cava Bar & Terrace
Cava Bar is an indoor venue with beautiful décor from the Arabic era of Cyprus. Hire and setup is complimentary until 19:00 for a reserved area (not exclusive use)

Cava Terrace, overlooking the pool area and facing the sea, is a superb venue for a drinks reception. A stunning pre-dinner setting where you can watch beautiful sunsets with drinks and canapés outdoors.

Sunset Deck
The Sunset Deck is set in a romantic area nestled in our gardens overlooking the sea under the dense shade of the trees and sea breeze. A wonderful set-up offers a unique cocktail venue with undisturbed views of the most amazing sunset.

Akamas Terrace, overlooking the pools is another very popular choice with our wedding guests. The Terrace also faces out to the sea enabling you to watch amazingly beautiful sunsets. An ideal location for your wedding dinner outdoors.
Maximum capacity: 200 people on Section 1 and 350 if all sections are used.
Coconut Terrace
Our brand new restaurant, Coconut Terrace, overlooking the pool is another popular outdoor choice with our wedding guests. The Terrace is secluded and boasts as an ideal location for your wedding dinner under the palm trees.

OKU Restaurant
A specifically designed Asian Restaurant with a wooden deck right by the sea, under the trees offers a unique location for your wedding dinner.
Maximum capacity: 100 people.
Tree Deck Restaurant

The Amphitheatre
An amazing romantic location perfect for candlelit wedding dinners al fresco, facing directly the sea with beautiful Mediterranean sunsets.
Maximum capacity: 100 – 120 people.
Akamas & Lara Function Rooms
A unique indoor venue for private wedding dinners where you can have a DJ and enjoy a night of entertainment in your privacy.
DJ music after dinner can be arranged in an indoor area with dancing floor, tables and chairs. Music can be played without restrictions until 23:00 hrs. After 23:00 hrs there are some noise restrictions in place.
Maximum capacity: depends on sections used.
Usual capacity for a smaller section with stage and professional stage lights is 150 people with chairs and 400 without tables and chairs. Maximum capacity with all sections open up to 1000 with tables and chairs.
